Welcome to the Mindful Nutrition and Fitness app! This app was designed by Liza Scott, MS RD, a personal trainer for over 16 years, and a Registered Dietitian.

This app is specifically designed for busy people who need safe, effective and quick workouts. As a busy working mom, Liza developed quick, intense workouts that she and her clients can do anytime of the day. These workouts require minimal equipment and work more than one major muscle group at time.

This app features several different programs focused on body weight, weights, kettlebells, and traditional weight lifting. In addition, there is a separate "workout with me" section where you can work out with Liza, rep by rep. Workout in the comfort of your own home, while Liza guides you through each exercise.

You will also enjoy yoga classes to focus on breath work, mindset and flexibility. These workouts are perfect for beginners, as well as fitness veterans. There is a program for every stage of fitness.
